Spencer is an advocate for truth, precision, and results.

For more than three decades, he's built and led ventures that fuse law, commerce, and communication into strategy that moves outcomes. His work reflects over 30,000 hours of combined expertise—spanning paralegal practice, market development, litigation, and executive-level consulting.

Raised in Minneapolis’ inner city, he learned early how power, money, and influence shape communities. As a young businessman, he confronted special-interest forces driving gentrification and saw firsthand how external capital could quietly control neighborhoods.

Those early battles taught him to fight strategically—to master process, evidence, and narrative.

By his mid-twenties, he had already managed hundreds of rental properties for individuals, clients, and banks, including interim liquidation portfolios for lenders such as Wells Fargo’s SBA division. He advised entrepreneurs on risk assessment and exit strategy and earned a reputation for delivering above-market results in distressed environments. Before that, he'd launched one of his first ventures at eleven years old—producing and selling personalized greeting cards to local businesses—and later expanded into financial services, insurance, and real-estate transactions, completing multiple multi-million-dollar deals before twenty-five.

Alongside that commercial record is more than 10,000 hours of paralegal and litigation experience, gained through a combination of direct legal-support work, in-court participation, and extensive case-development practice. He's had first hand involvement in dozens of matters—from property and contract disputes to personal-injury claims, credit reconstruction, and complex federal post-conviction work.

At times he's represented himself pro se, including in proceedings against government agencies and regulated utilities; at other times, he's demonstrated how to strategically deploy counsel, often drafting or dictating correspondence, pleadings, and negotiation frameworks behind the scenes. Those experiences taught him the cadence of litigation, the procedural requirements that decide outcomes, and the value of precision, foresight, and record integrity.

Spencer's paralegal skill and advocacy work also extends into habeas corpus and post-conviction relief, where he's assisted incarcerated individuals with sentence-computation challenges, evidentiary-hearing preparation, and commutation petitions.

Working directly with defendants and, when appropriate, their counsel, he's helped craft arguments and organize records in cases that led to successful reductions and, in several instances, overturned convictions—collectively contributing to more than 100 years of sentence reductions achieved through disciplined analysis and documentation.

His methods integrate Michael E. Porter’s competitive frameworks, Chan Kim’s blue-ocean strategy, and Alan Kelly’s Playmaker system—combined with training in linguistics, NLP, framing, and advanced negotiation. The result is a practice that turns data, language, and leverage into structured advantage.

His Framework

  • Command the Facts – Master the evidentiary record and define every relevant variable.

Control the Narrative – Shape perception through disciplined communication and framing.

Dictate the Outcome – Align law, operations, and messaging into executable action that produces measurable results.

Across law, finance, real estate, and health care, Spencer has led campaigns, negotiated settlements, liquidated portfolios, and built defensible positions out of impossible situations. Every engagement is guided by competence, ethics, diligence, and attention to detail—the principles that have defined his work since the beginning.
